Toxins
Toxin is a general term that refers to chemicals and compounds that are harmful to the body. These can be poisons in our food, the air we breathe, or even by-products of a necessary chemical reaction created when we absorb a required nutrient. The human body is designed to remove these toxins naturally. A normal healthy cell can absorb nutrients and discharge toxins extremely efficiently.

are often created by modern chemical and manufacturing processes and are all around us. Despite the well publicised efforts, the levels of toxins are still increasing and they are being absorbed into our bodies at a faster rate than we can currently remove them by natural processes. These toxins interfere with many of our normal body functions such as our ability for defence and repair, our facility to access nutrients from food, our immune system, our energy levels, our ability to concentrate and so on.
